Coordination

We use the BIM process to virtually coordinate the provided 3D models of architectural and structural components of a construction project with the placements of electrical, plumbing and mechanical via webcast.  In the preconstruction phase of the project, our team will manage the overall building model with files supplied by the MEP contractors, identify system clashes and work to develop solutions.  When designs are complete, we will release a 3D model and provide drawings for sign off by all parties.

Fabrication

After sign offs have been received we will release and supply an official coordinated building model file to all trade contractors. We can model equipment and systems for any stage of your project.  As an option we can provide fully detailed fabrication drawings and downloads with compatible software for your prefabrication needs.

Implementation

We can provide detailed field installation drawings from the fabrication files.  Our group can also be utilized by construction teams to support the field verification and prefabrication needs of the project.​
